At Himalayan Dreams, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of purchase. Returns or exchanges requested outside of this period will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return or exchange, customers must present valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition, with all original tags intact and attached, and returned in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
All returns are subject to inspection once received. Refunds will be processed only after the item has been assessed and approved. Himalayan Dreams reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where products show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or do not comply with this policy.

Singing Bowl Policy
Due to the nature of the product, singing bowls are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to all singing bowl purchases made in-store or online.
However, singing bowls may be exchanged for another item of equal value, or customers may choose to receive a Himalayan Dreams gift certificate equal to the purchase value of the singing bowl. Gift certificates may be redeemed toward future purchases and are subject to standard terms and conditions.
